Short version: SoundFind is a free word-search game supported by advertising. Optional hint packs are available as one-time in-app purchases. No account is required. By playing SoundFind you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing SoundFind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Description of the Game

SoundFind is a free word-search game featuring five game modes, including an Audio Challenge mode where words are read aloud using pre-generated Australian voices. The game is supported by advertising and offers optional hint pack purchases.

SoundFind is available on Android, iOS, and Windows.

4. Licence

Subject to these terms, Unique Interactive Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play SoundFind on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

SoundFind is free to play and supported by advertising. By using the game you agree to the display of advertisements. Ads are served by third-party advertising networks and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. In-App Purchases

SoundFind offers optional hint packs as one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store) under their own terms and conditions.

Hint packs are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law or the relevant platform's refund policy. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

7. Audio Content

SoundFind's Audio Challenge mode uses pre-generated audio files bundled with the game. Audio is generated using ElevenLabs text-to-speech technology and is included under licence. You may not extract, reproduce, or redistribute the audio files.

8. Your Data

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Unique Interactive Games does not collect personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

SoundFind, including its design, code, audio content, and game mechanics, is owned by Unique Interactive Games and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Unique Interactive Games does not warrant that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unique Interactive Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for any in-app purchases directly related to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to These Terms
